I don't have my serial number/activation code.

If you got your copy of Steganos (outdated versions only) software from a magazin CD/DVD, please scroll down to the end of this text.(*)

Please understand that Steganos does not manage the online sales by itself. If you misplaced your serial number/licence/activation code please contact our distribution partner, Asknet AG, for any further assistance. Asknet AG processes orders and collects payments on behalf of the Steganos Online-Shop.

Notice: If you purchased from Zonelabs or an other Online-shop and did not receive your serial number, please contact the Customer Service of this Online-shop. Steganos cannot provide you with a serial number as the transaction was arranged by this shop.

If you received your Steganos product via regular mail on a CD-ROM, your serial number will be printed on a sticker that can be found on the cover of your manual. The number can also be found on a leaflet that came with your software.

Should you have purchased your Steganos software in a box from your retailer, this serial number will be printed on a sticker that can be found on the cover of your manual. The number can also be found on a leaflet that came with your software.

Should you have purchased your Steganos product via ESD, (Electronic Software Download) on the Internet, the serial number can befound in a separate letter, invoice or email that you received from your distribution partner's Online-Shop which you purchased from.

If you registered your product, your can get your serial and a download (free of charge) on MyProcuts area at MySteganos .

In the first two aforementioned cases it might have happened that due to rare but unavoidable irregularities during the quality assuring process no serial number has been printed on the cover of your manual. Should this occur with one of our software products, we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences caused.

Please send a facsimile (+49 - (0)69 - 71 91 82 11) with a copy of your receipt or send this copy as an email attachment to Customer Service, stating the case. The Steganos software product you have purchased must be clearly identifiable through the statements on your receipt. Afterwards, you will receive a new serial number from our Customer Service to your facsimile number or email address. Please understand, without this copy we cannot provide you a new serial number/licence/activation code.

 

 

 

 




(*) If you got your copy of Steganos from a magazine CD/DVD.

This software was advertised as a fully version after registered online. Please read your magazine or CD/DVD helpfile. There is a link mentioned where you can register online: either it's printed in the magazine or shown on the CD/DVD.

If you didn't receive the serial number after the online registration, please check if the e-mail coming from Steganos could be recognized as Spam. Please deactivate all Spamfilters and enter your mail address a second time on our registration site. If you don't receive the e-mail at all, please contact the magazine that contained the software CD/DVD.

Please understand neither Steganos Support/Customer Service nor Steganos Sales Team are able to send you a serial number, indifferently if you are trying to receive this for the first time or in case you've lost it.
