Could not load slee.dll

Please download this tool and save it to your desktop: start Download (does not apply for versions 2008 or earlier)

When the download is finished doubleclick the file and follow the instructions. After executing the tool please reboot your PC and:

• Logon as Administrator (or user with Administrator priveleges).
• Shut down all(!) running programs (AntiVirus, Firewall etc.).
• Uninstall the Software and restart your PC.
• Shut down all(!) again running programs (AntiVirus, Firewall etc.).
• Reinstall the Software and restart your PC again.

If you still experience an error message during Windows startup, please download the following patch and save it again to your desktop: start downloading patch .

After the download is finished, double click on the file to decompress it on your desktop. Please open the readme for more infomation on how to use this patch.
