Network cannot be redirected.
Please check that the process VPNStarter.exe or SVPNStarter.exe or AVPNStarter.exe or SVPNStarter.exe or SETRAVPNStarter.exe or TVPNStarter.exe is started and running on your computer. Simply press CTRL-ALT-DEL and then choose Task Manager. In the now appearing window, click on the Tab Processes and search for the above mentioned process.
If you have difficulties finding it, you are able to sort the complete list by name (click once on "name" in the upper row to sort it from A-Z and a second time to sort it from Z-A).
If for any reason the process VPNStarter.exe or SVPNStarter.exe or AVPNStarter.exe or SVPNStarter.exe or SETRAVPNStarter.exe or TVPNStarter.exe is not running, you are able to start it manually in the Services Manager from Windows. Please do the following:
- Open the Services Manager in Windows (Start => Run-> [enter] services.msc => OK).
- Find the service Steganos VPN Starter Service or Steganos Anonym VPN Starter Service or Steganos Secure VPN Starter Service or Steganos Traveler VPN Starter Service or ArchiCrypt VPN Starter Service.
- Check that the service is started automatic. If not, open the properties of this service (double click) and change the option to automatic.
- Re-boot your computer and check if the service is now starting properly.
If the service is still not running, try to start this manually. Just open ServiceManager again, right click the Service and click Start. Then try again to connect to the VPN-Server.
