Steganos PlugIn is missing in Microsoft Outlook
In order to solve this issue please perform the following procedure:- Close your Microsoft Outlook program.
- Register the avgxch32.dll library.
- Click on the Start => Run.
- Type the following command:
regsvr32.exe "C:\ProgramFiles\Steganos\Internet Security 2009\avgxch32.dll"
or
regsvr32.exe "C:\ProgramFiles\Steganos\AntiVirus 2009\avgxch32.dll" - Click on the OK button.
- Run Outlook again and check the existence of Steganos items in the Tools menu.
If items are still missing, please do the following:
- Close your Microsoft Outlook program.
- Un-register the avgxch32.dll library.
- Click on the Start => Run.
- Type the following command:
regsvr32.exe /u "C:\Program Files\Steganos\Internet Security 2009\avgxch32.dll"
or
regsvr32.exe "C:\ProgramFiles\Steganos\AntiVirus 2009\avgxch32.dll" - Click on the OK button.
- Open the Run window again and type the following command:
regsvr32.exe /u avgxch32.dll - Click on the OK button.
- Locate and remove EXTEND.DAT file from your hard drive.
- re Register the avgxch32.dll library.
- Click on the Start => Run.
- Type the following command:
regsvr32.exe "C:\ProgramFiles\Steganos\Internet Security 2009\avgxch32.dll"
or
regsvr32.exe "C:\ProgramFiles\Steganos\AntiVirus 2009\avgxch32.dll" - Click on the OK button.
- Run Outlook again and check the existence of Steganos items in the Tools menu.
